Top Division I Golfers Recognized as 2024–25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars
The Golf Coaches Association of America has announced the 2024–25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for NCAA Division I men’s golf.
To earn this distinction, players must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, compete in at least half of their team’s rounds, maintain a stroke average below 76.0, and carry a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. They must also be in good standing with their school and demonstrate strong character.
College of Charleston, Georgia Southern, Hawaii, and Mississippi State led all Division I programs with six selections each. Other schools with five honorees include Baylor, Cincinnati, Colorado State, Duke, LSU, Vanderbilt, and more, highlighting academic and athletic excellence across a wide range of programs.
Notable names on the list include Gordon Sargent (Vanderbilt), Jackson Koivun (Auburn), Josele Ballester (Arizona State), David Ford (North Carolina), and J. Holland Humphries (SMU), all of whom balanced elite performance on the course with success in the classroom.
