95th LNGA Amateur Championship Set for The Home Course

The 95th Ladies National Golf Association Amateur Championship will take place July 22 to 24 at The Home Course in DuPont, Washington. The event is a stroke play competition and part of the Women's Elite Amateur Golf Series.

The championship began in 1927 as the Women’s Trans-Mississippi and is one of the longest-running women’s amateur golf tournaments in the United States. It has since been renamed and is now operated by the Ladies' Professional Golf Association, a national organization comprising 15 member golf associations.

The 2024 LNGA Amateur champion was Thanana Kotchasanmanee. Ellen Port won the senior division. This year’s field features top-ranked amateurs competing over 54 holes.

The event joins a schedule of top-tier women’s amateur events in the series, including the Sea Island Women's Amateur, North and South Women's Amateur, and Women's Western Amateur.
