Virginia Leads After 36 Holes at Ben Hogan Collegiate Invitational

Virginia holds the lead after two rounds of the Ben Hogan Collegiate Invitational at Colonial Country Club, finishing at 1 under following a second-round 6 over. Texas Tech sits three shots back at 2 over, while North Carolina is in third at 3 over. Georgia Tech (+7) and Texas (+8) round out the top five, with Vanderbilt also tied at +8.

On the individual side, Virginia’s Ben James and Texas Tech’s Connor Graham share the lead at 4 under. Oklahoma’s Ryder Cowan is one shot behind at 3 under, while four players — North Carolina’s Keaton Vo, Texas Tech’s Tim Wiedemeyer, Vanderbilt’s Wells Williams, and Alabama’s William Jennings — are tied for fourth at 2 under. Virginia’s Josh Duangmanee and North Carolina’s Niall Sheils Donegan are among those tied for eighth at even par.

The final round begins Tuesday morning at Colonial.
