LSU Defeats North Carolina to Capture Stephens Cup Men’s Title
LSU claimed its first victory of the 2025–26 season, defeating No. 18 North Carolina 4–1 in the match play final of the Jackson T. Stephens Cup at Shoreacres. The win marked the Tigers’ second consecutive nationally televised tournament title under head coach Jake Amos, following their 2024 triumph at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational.
