Elias Becker, a standout golfer at Sewanee: The University of the South, has established himself as one of the top Division III men’s golfers in the country. He is currently ranked among the top 25 in DIII men’s golf, according to Clippd.


Early Success Before Universiity of the South

Originally from Mexico City, Mexico, Elias moved to the United States for his junior year of high school to attend Crown Golf Academy in Dallas, Texas. He began his collegiate golf career at USC Upstate, where he earned Big South Freshman of the Week honors twice.


Career at University of the South

After transferring to Sewanee, Elias quickly made an impact. He was named to the SAA All-Conference Team during his sophomore year and is currently ranked 14th nationally among Division III players.
