Kenny Trapp Named 2024–25 WGCA Division II National Coach of the Year
Dallas Baptist University head coach Kenny Trapp has been named the 2024–25 Division II Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Coach of the Year, presented by Golf Pride. It marks his fourth time earning the national honor, having previously won in 2020, 2021, and 2023.

Under Trapp's leadership, the Patriots secured their third NCAA Division II National Championship in five seasons. During the 2024–25 campaign, DBU placed in the top five at every tournament and recorded five team victories, including titles at both the NCAA Championship and the Lone Star Conference Championship.

Trapp also earned the 2024–25 WGCA West Region Coach of the Year, marking the 13th regional coaching award of his career.
