2025 WGCA National Coach of the Year Watch List Highlights Excellence in Women's Collegiate Golf
The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the 2025 Division I Jackie Steinmann National Coach of the Year Presented by Golf Pride Watch List, recognizing 24 coaches for their exceptional leadership and achievements during the 2024-25 season.
Notable Coaches on the Watch List:
Amy Bond – Florida State University
Bond led the Seminoles to a historic season, capturing their first ACC Championship and the NCAA Lexington Regional title. Under her guidance, FSU achieved a 123-8-1 record and secured a No. 2 national ranking by the WGCA.Stew Burke – Kansas State University
In just his second season, Burke guided the Wildcats to their first NCAA Championship appearance. The team set a program record with a 287.40 scoring average and achieved multiple top finishes, including two team victories.Mimi Burke – Georgia Southern University
