2025 WGCA National Coach of the Year Watch List Highlights Excellence in Women's Collegiate Golf

The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the 2025 Division I Jackie Steinmann National Coach of the Year Presented by Golf Pride Watch List, recognizing 24 coaches for their exceptional leadership and achievements during the 2024-25 season.

Notable Coaches on the Watch List:

  • Amy Bond – Florida State University
    Bond led the Seminoles to a historic season, capturing their first ACC Championship and the NCAA Lexington Regional title. Under her guidance, FSU achieved a 123-8-1 record and secured a No. 2 national ranking by the WGCA. 

  • Stew Burke – Kansas State University
    In just his second season, Burke guided the Wildcats to their first NCAA Championship appearance. The team set a program record with a 287.40 scoring average and achieved multiple top finishes, including two team victories.

  • Mimi Burke – Georgia Southern University
    Burke's leadership propelled the Eagles to their inaugural NCAA Championship berth. The team secured six tournament wins and achieved a program-best No. 33 national ranking.

  • Amy Bush-Herzer – University of Nevada, Las Vegas
    In her 14th season, Bush-Herzer led UNLV to its first NCAA Championship appearance since 2015 and earned her fourth Mountain West Coach of the Year award. 

  • Kory Henkes – University of Mississippi
    Henkes, a previous recipient of the WGCA National Coach of the Year award, guided Ole Miss to two tournament victories and their third consecutive NCAA Championship appearance.

  • Kalen Anderson – University of South Carolina
    Anderson's Gamecocks clinched the SEC Championship and the NCAA Charlottesville Regional title, marking one of the most successful seasons in program history.

  • Emily Glaser – University of Florida
    Glaser led the Gators to five tournament wins and a runner-up finish at the SEC Championship, with an all-underclassmen lineup achieving consistent top-five finishes throughout the season.

  • Lindsay Kuhle – University of Kansas
    In her fourth year, Kuhle steered the Jayhawks to a record six team titles and their first NCAA Regional championship, earning a No. 23 national ranking.

  • Angie Ravaioli-Larkin – Texas Christian University
    Celebrating her 31st season, Ravaioli-Larkin led TCU to three team championships and a program-best scoring average, culminating in their 28th NCAA Tournament berth.

The recipient of the 2025 Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Coach of the Year Award will be announced following the conclusion of the NCAA Championships, scheduled for May 16–21 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California.
