Two rounds of the ACC Women’s Golf Championship are complete at Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, North Carolina, with Stanford out front and Paula Martín Sampedro leading the individual standings.
Stanford sits at 23 under through 36 holes following rounds of 13 under and 10 under, building an 11 shot advantage over a group tied for second. SMU, Duke, and NC State are all tied at 12 under, while Wake Forest rounds out the top five at 4 under.
Clemson is sixth at 1 under, followed by North Carolina at even par. Miami is eighth at 1 over, with Virginia Tech and Virginia tied for ninth at 4 over.
In the individual race, Stanford’s Paula Martín Sampedro leads the field at 11 under after rounds of 8 under and 3 under. Duke’s Rianne Malixi is second at 9 under, while Wake Forest’s Chloe Kovelesky sits third at 7 under.
Stanford’s Kelly Xu is fourth at 6 under, followed by Notre Dame’s Bridget Wilkie in fifth at 5 under.
SMU’s Grace Jin, Duke’s Katie Li, and SMU’s Celine Chen are tied for sixth at 4 under. SMU’s Mackenzie Lee and NC State’s Ellie Hildreth round out the top 10 at 3 under.
