Welcome to the second edition of the 2025–26 collegiate golf tournament winners recap. This Labor Day weekend featured several high-profile events. Here’s a look at the champions and standout performances.
Carmel Cup
Division: Division I Women’s Golf
Winner: Texas A&M University
Texas A&M claimed the women’s title at the Carmel Cup, played at Pebble Beach Golf Links in Pebble Beach, California. The Aggies dominated the field, winning by 26 strokes with a team total of –13. Cayetana Fernandez Garcia-Poggio took medalist honors at –8, one stroke ahead of teammate Vanessa Borovilos, who finished runner-up at –7.
Division: Division I Men’s Golf
Winner: Vanderbilt University
Vanderbilt captured the men’s title at Spyglass Hill Golf Course in Pebble Beach, finishing at –17 to win by three strokes over Oklahoma State. On the individual side, Oklahoma’s Jase Summy and Oklahoma State’s Ethan Fang tied for medalist honors, both finishing at –11.
Red Bandana Invitational
Division: Division I Men’s Golf
Winner: Boston College
Boston College earned the men’s title at the Red Bandana Invitational, held at Turning Stone Resort in Verona, New York. The Eagles finished with a team score of +33, winning by 11 strokes over South Dakota. Markus Lam of Boston College secured medalist honors with a +4, defeating teammate Jack Pogorlec in a sudden-death playoff.
Island Resort Intercollegiate
Division: Division I Men’s Golf
Winner: West Virginia University
West Virginia won the Island Resort Intercollegiate at Sage Run Golf Course in Bark River, Michigan, finishing at –55 to win by six strokes. Ryan Leach of West Virginia claimed medalist honors at –17, with teammates Kaleb Wilson and Nicholas Turowski also placing inside the top 10.
A-Ga-Ming Invitational
Division: Division I Women’s Golf
Winner: Bowling Green State University
Bowling Green captured the A-Ga-Ming Invitational at A-Ga-Ming Golf Resort in Kewadin, Michigan. The Falcons posted a team score of +9, winning by eight strokes. Addison Karutts of Bowling Green led the way individually, finishing at –11 to take medalist honors
