Reed Greyserman Wins 108th Florida State Amateur in Playoff
Reed Greyserman, a rising sophomore at Princeton University, captured the 108th Florida State Amateur Championship at BallenIsles Country Club with a playoff victory over Arth Sinha. Greyserman carded rounds of 74–75–64–68 to finish at 7-under-par (281), forcing extra holes after Sinha posted the same total with a final-round 71.
Entering the third round tied for 53rd, Greyserman climbed the leaderboard with a tournament-low 64 on Saturday, followed by a bogey-free 68 on Sunday. His weekend 132 total was the best 36-hole stretch of the tournament. In the playoff, Greyserman secured the title with a par on the first hole while Sinha made a bogey.
This marks Greyserman’s second major amateur title in the past year, following his win at the 2024 New Jersey Amateur. He helped lead Princeton to the 2025 Ivy League Championship earlier this spring.
Greyserman received a $750 gift certificate as the top prize, as per FSGA amateur rules. The 72-hole championship featured a cut after 36 holes, with only 60 players advancing from the original field of 168.
