Leandro Mihaich: Rising Star in NCAA Division II Golf
Mihaich, a junior from Bell Ville, Argentina, and a graduate of Escuela Normal Superior Figueroa Alcorta, has established himself as a rising talent in men’s golf. According to Clippd, he is currently ranked No. 9 among NCAA Division II golfers and was recognized as a First Team All-Conference honoree.
Before transferring to Oklahoma Christian University, he attended Oklahoma City University, where he won the individual title at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championship and placed fifth individually at the NAIA National Championship.
Since joining Oklahoma Christian University, Mihaich’s collegiate career has continued to soar. His consistency and performance have earned him prestigious accolades, including the NCAA Division II Jack Nicklaus Award for the best male golfer in Division II, the inaugural NCAA Division II Gary Player International Golfer of the Year Award, and the Lone Star Conference Individual Championship title, along with another First Team All-Conference selection.
Now in his junior year, Leandro is determined to make this season his best yet.
