Boulder City, NV — Dallas Baptist University (DBU) captured its third NCAA Division II Women’s Golf national title in four years, emerging victorious at the 2025 championship held at Boulder Creek Golf Club.
After leading the field in stroke play with a cumulative 18-under-par 846, the Patriots secured the No. 1 seed entering medal match play. They faced No. 8 seed Wingate University in the quarterfinals, advancing to the semifinals where they defeated Anderson University. In the championship match, DBU triumphed over Central Missouri, clinching the national title.

DBU's victory was propelled by standout performances, notably from freshman Gracie Grant, who finished second individually at 11-under-par, and sophomore Ella Cheek, who tied for fourth at 8-under-par. Their consistent play throughout the tournament was instrumental in the team's success.
The championship was contested at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada, a par-72 course known for its challenging layout and scenic views.
With this win, DBU continues to solidify its position as a powerhouse in Division II women's golf, adding to its national titles from 2021 and 2023
