Week 3 of the 2026-2027 college golf season produced another strong group of team and individual champions across Division I. From commanding victories to one stroke finishes, programs across the country added early season titles to their resumes.
Here is a look at the team and individual champions from Week 3.
Sahalee Players Championship
Division: Division I Men’s Golf
Team Champion: Oklahoma State, 4 under
Individual Champion: Finn Koelle, Washington, 7 under
Oklahoma State delivered one of the most convincing victories of the week, finishing 28 strokes ahead of Florida at Sahalee Country Club. Washington’s Finn Koelle earned medalist honors at 7 under, two strokes ahead of Oklahoma State’s Eric Lee.
Ram Masters Invitational
Division: Division I Men’s Golf
Team Champion: San Francisco, 9 over
Individual Champion: Nils Svanberg, San Francisco, 8 under
San Francisco captured the team championship in Fort Collins, finishing three strokes ahead of CSU Fullerton and Utah Tech. Nils Svanberg completed the sweep for the Dons, winning the individual title by four strokes.
RedHawk Intercollegiate
Division: Division I Men’s Golf
Team Champion: VCU, 15 under
Individual Champions: Robert Burns, Oakland, and Nicholas Brooks, Butler, 9 under
VCU posted rounds of 1 under, 9 under and 5 under to finish seven strokes ahead of Butler at Pittsburgh Field Club. Burns and Brooks shared medalist honors at 9 under.

Lady Clerico
Division: Division I Women’s Golf
Team Champion: Houston Christian, 42 over
Individual Champion: Matilda Samervong, Lamar, 1 over
Houston Christian finished five strokes ahead of host Oral Roberts at Hillcrest Country Club. Lamar’s Matilda Samervong captured medalist honors at 1 over, two strokes ahead of Oral Roberts’ Anna Swan.

Leadership and Golf Invitational
Division: Division I Women’s Golf
Team Champion: Eastern Michigan, 1 under
Individual Champion: Savannah de Bock, Eastern Michigan, 7 under
Eastern Michigan finished seven strokes ahead of Colorado at Chambers Bay. Savannah de Bock completed the team and individual sweep for the Eagles, winning medalist honors at 7 under by one stroke over Colorado’s Maya McVey.

Inverness Intercollegiate
Division: Division I Men’s Golf
Team Champion: Auburn, 11 over
Individual Champion: Bence Bertenyi, Toledo, 3 under
Auburn captured the championship at Inverness Club, finishing one stroke ahead of Toledo and East Tennessee State. Toledo’s Bence Bertenyi earned medalist honors at 3 under, one stroke ahead of Clemson’s Oscar Holm Bredkjaer and Texas Tech’s Ben Gregg.
Pirate Collegiate Classic
Division: Division I Women’s Golf
Team Champion: NC State, 13 under
Individual Champions: Marie Madsen, NC State, and Kasey McIlvaine, UNCG, 8 under
NC State posted rounds of even par, 8 under and 5 under to finish nine strokes ahead of UNCG at Greenville Country Club. Madsen and McIlvaine shared medalist honors at 8 under, two strokes ahead of Wake Forest’s Sarah Lydic and East Carolina’s Hallie Wilson.

Badger Invitational
Division: Division I Women’s Golf
Team Champion: Iowa State, 7 under
Individual Champion: Emma Zheng, Iowa State, 7 under
Iowa State completed a team and individual sweep at the University of Wisconsin Golf Course. The Cyclones finished four strokes ahead of Northwestern, while Zheng earned medalist honors by two strokes over Michigan’s Thomasine Bartholdson.

Division: Division I Men’s Golf
Team Champion: Arkansas, Even Par
Individual Champion: Brayden Forte, San Diego State, 5 under
Arkansas edged Colorado by one stroke at Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club to capture the team championship. San Diego State’s Brayden Forte earned medalist honors at 5 under, finishing two strokes ahead of BYU’s Kihei Akina.

Team Champion: UNLV, 10 under
Individual Champion: Kylee Choi, Pepperdine, 10 under
UNLV finished at 10 under to edge Pepperdine by one stroke at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Pepperdine’s Kylee Choi captured the individual championship at 10 under, finishing four strokes ahead of Montana State’s Eva Heinz.
