Texas junior Farah O’Keefe added another major honor to her season after being named the winner of the 2026 ANNIKA Award presented by Stifel, recognizing the top player in women’s college golf.
O’Keefe became the first player in Texas program history to receive the award. The selection is voted on by college golfers, coaches, and members of the college golf media. The victory also earns her an exemption into the Amundi Evian Championship.
The award followed O’Keefe’s NCAA Division I Women’s Golf individual national championship victory at Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, California, where she finished at 12 under par to claim medalist honors.
O’Keefe recorded four victories during the 2025 to 2026 season, all coming during the spring portion of the schedule. She finished inside the top 10 in every collegiate stroke play event this season and helped Texas advance to NCAA match play as the No. 4 seed.
Ranked No. 4 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking, O’Keefe also earned low amateur honors earlier this season at the Chevron Championship.
Past winners of the ANNIKA Award include Mirabel Ting, Ingrid Lindblad, Rose Zhang, Rachel Heck, Maria Fassi, Leona Maguire, Bronte Law, and Alison Lee.
