Stanford University delivered a dominant performance at the NCAA Stanford Regional, finishing at 42 under across three rounds at Stanford Golf Course to secure the regional title and advance to the NCAA Championship.
Pepperdine University finished second at 4 under, while Oregon State University placed third at 2 over. Arizona State University finished fourth at 4 over, and University of Missouri claimed the final qualifying spot at 8 over.
Vanderbilt University narrowly missed advancing after finishing sixth at 16 over. Illinois placed seventh at 20 over, followed by Arizona at 27 over, Cal Poly at 35 over, CSU Fullerton at 41 over, South Dakota State at 60 over, and Navy at 64 over.
Stanford’s Andrea Revuelta earned medalist honors at 12 under after back to back rounds of 66 to close the tournament. Teammate Paula Martín Sampedro finished second at 10 under, while Pepperdine’s Jeneath Wong placed third at 9 under.
Stanford’s Kelly Xu finished fourth at 8 under, while teammate Meja Örtengren tied for fifth at 7 under alongside New Mexico State individual Emma Bunch.
Arizona State’s Patience Rhodes and Stanford’s Megha Ganne tied for seventh at 6 under. Missouri’s Melanie Walker finished ninth at 3 under, while Pepperdine’s Eunseo Choi rounded out the top 10 at 2 under.
