Illinois Wesleyan Takes Lead Through Two Rounds at NCAA Division III Men’s Championship, Oglethorpe’s Ryan Dunn Holds Individual Lead

Illinois Wesleyan University moved into the lead through two rounds of the NCAA Division III Men’s National Championship at Mission Inn Resort, sitting at 5 under after a second round 9 under performance.

Washington and Lee University climbed into second at 2 under following an 8 under round on Wednesday. Carnegie Mellon University and Claremont McKenna College are tied for third at 1 under, while Methodist University rounds out the top five at 3 over.

Emory University sits sixth at 4 over, followed by Kenyon at 5 over and Aurora at 7 over. Oglethorpe is ninth at 11 over, while Sewanee rounds out the top 10 at 12 over.

Oglethorpe’s Ryan Dunn holds the individual lead at 6 under after rounds of 70 and 68 through 36 holes.

Kenyon’s Adrian Jordan, Lynchburg individual Alan Van Asch, and Washington and Lee’s Tim Kaufman are tied for second at 5 under.

Claremont Mudd Scripps golfer Arnold He, Drew’s Elliot Parker, and Southern Virginia individual Nikko Taggart are tied for fifth at 4 under.

Carnegie Mellon’s Joshua Wang, Sewanee’s Colin Edwards, and Dubuque’s John Dobbe are tied for eighth at 3 under entering round three.
