GCAA Announces 2026 Division I PING First Team All-Americans

The GCAA released the 2026 NCAA Division I PING First Team All-Americans during the NCAA Men’s Golf Championship at Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, California.

The First Team included Kihei Akina of BYU, Mahanth Chirravuri of Pepperdine, Ben James of Virginia, Filip Jakubcik of Arizona, William Jennings of Alabama, Jackson Koivun of Auburn, Christiaan Maas of Texas, Will Sides of SMU, Harry Takis of San Diego State, and Oklahoma State’s Preston Stout.

Stout earned First Team honors after capturing the NCAA Division I individual national championship earlier this week.

Virginia’s Ben James became the fifth player since the GCAA began naming All-Americans in 1958 to earn First Team recognition in four consecutive seasons. James joined Gary Hallberg, Phil Mickelson, David Duval, and Bryce Molder on the list of four time First Team All-Americans.

Auburn’s Jackson Koivun earned his third consecutive First Team selection, becoming the first player in program history to accomplish the feat. Koivun also joined a group of 34 golfers to receive First Team honors in at least three seasons.
