Florida captured the NCAA Columbus Regional title at Ohio State University Golf Club after finishing at even par. Stanford placed second at 24 over, while Memphis finished third at 25 over. Arizona State secured fourth at 30 over, and Florida State claimed the final qualifying position at 31 over to advance to the NCAA Men’s Championship.
Utah narrowly missed advancing after finishing six shots outside the cut line at 37 over. Long Beach State followed at 38 over, while California finished eighth at 39 over. Oregon closed the week at 41 over.
Florida’s Luke Poulter earned medalist honors at even par following rounds of 72, 71, and 73. Teammates Parker Sands and Matthew Kress tied for second alongside Memphis golfer Christian Morneau at 1 over par.
Long Beach State’s Steen Zeman finished fifth individually at 2 over. USF golfer Wilhelm Ryding placed sixth at 3 over, while Arizona State’s Michael Mjaaseth, California’s Ziqin Zhou, and Florida State’s Jack Whaley tied for seventh at 4 over. Florida’s Jack Turner rounded out the top 10 at 5 over.
