Virginia Goes Back to Back, Wins ACC Men’s Golf Championship with 3–1 Victory Over Stanford

Virginia claimed its second straight ACC Men’s Golf Championship, defeating Stanford 3–1 in the match-play final at Shark’s Tooth Golf Club in Florida.

The match was decided late, with Virginia earning three of the five points to secure the title and complete the back-to-back run.

Stanford earned two points in the final. Edan Cui defeated Michael Lee 1 up, and Jay Leng delivered a 6&5 win over Ben James.

Virginia responded with three wins to close it out. Bryan Lee defeated Ethan Gao 4&3, Paul Chang secured a 3&2 win over Dean Greyserman, and Josh Duangmanee held a 1 up lead over Nathan Wang through 17 holes to clinch the deciding point.

With the result, Virginia finishes the week with the ACC title, winning both stroke play advancement and match play to secure consecutive championships.
