West Florida holds the top spot in the latest Bushnell Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll released April 17, marking the third consecutive poll with the Argonauts at No 1.
West Florida enters the Gulf South Conference Championship on a strong run, winning four of its five spring tournaments. The Argonauts most recently captured the Argonaut Invitational by three strokes and received all 20 first place votes for a total of 500 points.
Florida Southern is ranked second, followed by Lee in third. Grand Valley State and Wingate round out the top five.
Georgia Southwestern is sixth, with Central Oklahoma seventh and Catawba eighth. St. Mary’s is ninth, while Columbus State completes the top 10.
North Georgia is 11th, followed by Saint Leo at 12th and Nova Southeastern at 13th. South Carolina Aiken is 14th, with Lincoln Memorial at 15th.
Barry and CSU Pueblo are tied for 16th. USC Beaufort is 18th, followed by Harding at 19th and West Texas A&M at 20th.
DBU is ranked 21st, with Colorado Mesa at 22nd and Chico State at 23rd. Rollins is 24th and Colorado Christian rounds out the top 25.
Additional programs receiving votes include Western Washington, UTPB, Cal State San Bernardino, Lynn, Lander, Flagler, Lenoir Rhyne, Findlay, Belmont Abbey, CSU Monterey Bay, Missouri S and T, Cal State East Bay, Emmanuel, Cameron, Eckerd, Hawai‘i Hilo, Tampa, and Winona State.
The final Bushnell Golfweek Division II Coaches Poll of the 2025 to 26 season is scheduled to be released May 8.
