The 2026 Augusta National Women’s Amateur continued at Champions Retreat with Asterisk Talley moving into the solo lead at 11 under 133 through two rounds. She is the first player in the ANWA championship to record four consecutive rounds in the 60’s.
The Stanford commit followed her opening round with a 5 under 67 to separate from the field and take a one shot advantage heading into the final round at Augusta National.
Two players sit one shot back at 10 under 134. Meja Örtengren of Stanford posted a 67 to move into a share of second, while Maria Jose Marin of Arkansas added a 3 under 69 to remain firmly in contention after holding a share of the first round lead.
At 6 under 138, Andrea Revuelta of Stanford and Avery Weed of Mississippi State are tied for fourth. Revuelta carded an even par 72, while Weed climbed into position with a 2 under 70.
A group of five players sit at 5 under 139 in a tie for sixth. Lauren Kim of Texas shot 71, while Soomin Oh followed her opening round lead with a 74. Arianna Lau of China added a 71, Gyubeen Kim posted a 70, and Amelie Zalsman, a Wake Forest commit, recorded a 72 to remain within reach of the leaders.
Through two rounds, the leaderboard remains tightly packed, with multiple players within striking distance as the championship shifts to Augusta National for the final round. With the low 30 and ties advancing, positioning after 36 holes sets up a competitive finish.
