Utah Wins 2026 Schenkel Invitational While Matt Lin and Jacob Modleski Share Individual Title

The 2026 Schenkel Invitational concluded at Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Georgia, with Utah securing the team title after three rounds of competition.

Utah finished at 21 under par after posting rounds of 7 under, 20 under, and 6 over. Georgia Southern placed second at 17 under with rounds of 10 under, 12 under, and 5 over. West Virginia finished third at 16 under after rounds of 4 over, 15 under, and 5 under.

Notre Dame finished fourth at 15 under. Mississippi State placed fifth at 11 under. Yale and Marquette tied for sixth at 8 under. Wisconsin finished eighth at 4 under. Middle Tennessee placed ninth at 1 under, while Miami (OH) completed the top ten at 4 over.

In the individual standings, Matt Lin of BYU and Notre Dame’s Jacob Modleski shared medalist honors at 13 under par. Lin recorded rounds of 4 under, 6 under, and 3 under. Modleski posted rounds of 1 under, 7 under, and 5 under.

West Virginia’s Kaleb Wilson finished third at 12 under. Notre Dame’s Rocco Salvitti placed fourth at 11 under.

Mississippi State’s Garrett Endicott and Utah’s Brandon Robison tied for fifth at 9 under. Georgia Southern’s Parker Claxton, Mississippi State individual Bryson Hughes, Yale’s Will Lodge, and Maryland’s Emil Riegger tied for seventh at 7 under.
