Round two of the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate concluded Tuesday at Long Cove Club in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, with Texas maintaining the team lead while the Longhorns’ Farah O’Keefe continues to pace the individual standings.
Texas sits atop the leaderboard at one under par through two rounds after posting scores of five under in round one and four over in round two. Florida State is second at two over after improving its position with a one-under round on Tuesday. Arkansas made a move into a tie for third at ten over following a four-under round, joining LSU at the same total.
Wake Forest holds fifth place at thirteen over. Vanderbilt is sixth at sixteen over, followed by Northwestern in seventh at eighteen over. Duke, Auburn, and Ohio State are tied for eighth at nineteen over.
Individually, Texas’s Farah O’Keefe leads the field at eight under through two rounds. Florida State’s Elin Pudas Remler moved into second at seven under after recording a five-under round on Tuesday. Texas’ Lauren Kim sits third at three under.
LSU’s Ryleigh Knaub is fourth at two under. Vanderbilt individual Sara Im, Arizona’s Charlotte Back, and South Carolina’s Eila Galitsky are tied for fifth at one under. Ohio State’s Nellie Ong is eighth at even par. Florida State’s Sophia Fullbrook and Auburn’s Charlotte Cantonis are tied for ninth at one over.
With one round remaining, Texas holds a three-shot lead heading into the final round at Long Cove Club.
