20 Players Named to 2026 ANNIKA Award Spring Watch List

The ANNIKA Award presented by Stifel has released its 2026 spring watch list, recognizing twenty women’s Division I golfers as the college season moves toward conference championships and NCAA postseason play.

Named after World Golf Hall of Famer Annika Sorenstam, the award honors the top player in women’s Division I college golf. Voting is conducted by college golfers, coaches, and members of the college golf media. The honor was first awarded in 2014 and serves as the women’s counterpart to the Haskins Award presented by Stifel.

Stanford leads all programs with five players on the watch list, including Megha Ganne, Meja Ortengren, Andrea Revuelta, Paula Martin Sampedro, and Kelly Xu.

Arkansas junior Maria Jose Marin enters the spring ranked number one in the Scoreboard rankings with six top ten finishes in six stroke play events this season. Mississippi State junior Avery Weed sits third in the rankings with one victory and five top ten finishes across seven tournaments. Oregon junior Kiara Romero is ranked fourth nationally with a win and four top ten finishes in five starts.

Stanford sophomore Andrea Revuelta, currently ranked second, has recorded one win and five top ten finishes in five stroke play events. Texas junior Farah O’Keefe has also produced consistent results with one victory and six top ten finishes across six tournaments.

Other players on the list include Texas A&M’s Vanessa Borovilos and Cayetana Fernandez Garcia Poggio, Pepperdine freshman Kylee Choi, Auburn junior Anna Davis, Kent State junior Veronika Kedronova, USC’s Jasmine Koo and Catherine Park, North Carolina State sophomore Marie Madsen, Wake Forest’s Macy Pate, Arizona State junior Patience Rhodes, and Arkansas senior Reagan Zibilski.

The ANNIKA Award winner receives an exemption into The Evian Championship along with two points in the LPGA Elite Amateur Program.

Ten finalists will be announced on May 15. Voting will continue through May 25 following the conclusion of the stroke play portion of the NCAA Women’s Golf Championship.

Florida State’s Mirabel Ting captured the 2025 ANNIKA Award to become the twelfth recipient since the award was established.
