Georgia Tech and Max Emberson Hold Leads After Round Two of Folds of Honor Collegiate

Georgia Tech and Max Emberson remain atop the team and individual standings following Round Two of the 2026 Folds of Honor Collegiate.

The 54-hole tournament is being played September 7th-9th at American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Georgia Tech remained at 12 under after an even-par second round, while Notre Dame and Texas moved within one shot of the Yellow Jackets. Emberson holds the individual lead at 7 under with four players separated by one shot entering the final round.

Georgia Tech Holds One-Shot Lead

Georgia Tech enters Wednesday’s final round at 12 under after following its opening round 12 under performance with an even-par second round.

Notre Dame and Texas share second at 11 under. Notre Dame shot 7 under in Round Two to move up one position, while Texas made a four-spot jump after shooting 12 under Tuesday.

Alabama moved into fourth at 5 under following a 5-under second round. Cincinnati climbed three positions into fifth at even par after shooting 4 under.

Ohio State and Northwestern share sixth at 2 over, while Kansas and Michigan State are tied for eighth at 3 over. Grand Valley State completes the top 10 at 6 over.

Emberson Maintains Individual Lead

Emberson remains in front individually at 7 under through 36 holes. The Georgia Tech golfer followed his opening round 8-under performance with a 1-over second round.

Three players are one shot back at 6 under. Ohio State’s Vaughn Harber shot even par Tuesday, Notre Dame’s Jacob Modleski posted a 3-under round, and Texas’ Daniel Bennett moved nine positions up the leaderboard with a 5-under performance.

Four players share fifth at 4 under. Kansas’ William Baker shot 1 under, Georgia Tech’s Albert Hansson finished 2 under, and Cincinnati’s Timmy Hollenbeck and Alabama’s Jack Mitchell each posted rounds of 3 under.

Notre Dame’s Mike Qiu sits ninth at 3 under, while Florida State individual Shawn Coultoff is among the players tied for 10th at 2 under.

Final Round Set at American Dunes

Both leaderboards remain tight with 18 holes remaining.

Georgia Tech takes a one-shot advantage over Notre Dame and Texas into Wednesday’s final round. Alabama is seven shots behind the Yellow Jackets in fourth.

Emberson also holds a one-shot individual advantage, with Harber, Modleski and Bennett all positioned at 6 under. Four more players sit three shots off the lead at 4 under.
