The Folds of Honor Collegiate returns to American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven, Michigan, from September 7th- 9th with 27 men’s and women’s teams set to compete in the fifth edition of the championship.
Michigan State and Florida State will cohost the event, which features 15 men’s teams and 12 women’s teams. The field includes 20 teams that competed in NCAA Regional competition last season, including 11 that advanced to the NCAA Championships.
Men’s Field Features Defending Champion Alabama
Two-time defending champion Alabama returns as part of a 15-team men’s field that also includes Texas, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Northwestern, Notre Dame and Michigan State.
The individual field includes several of the top players in amateur golf. Florida State senior Jack Whaley enters after winning the 2026 U.S. Amateur Championship in August. His teammate Tyler Weaver and Alabama’s William Jennings are also scheduled to compete.
Jennings returns to American Dunes as the defending individual champion after earning medalist honors in 2025.

Texas A&M Returns as Defending Women’s Champion
Texas A&M headlines the 12 team women’s field after winning the 2025 Folds of Honor Collegiate. Duke, Florida State, Oklahoma State, Ohio State and Michigan State are also among the programs competing.
Duke’s Rianne Malixi enters the tournament ranked No. 10 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking after earning WGCA Freshman of the Year and First Team All American honors for the 2025 to 2026 season.
Texas A&M’s Vanessa Borovilos and Cayetana Fernandez Garcia Poggio are also ranked inside the world top 30.

Golf Channel Coverage
The Folds of Honor Collegiate is a three day, 54 hole stroke play event. Golf Channel will provide 18 hours of live coverage across the three competition days.
Coverage is scheduled for September 7 and 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET and 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. ET. Final round coverage on September 9 is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. ET and 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. ET.
A College Am and welcome party are scheduled for September 6 before tournament competition begins.
Folds of Honor Mission
The tournament supports Folds of Honor and its mission of providing educational scholarships to spouses and children of fallen or disabled military members and first responders.
Folds of Honor extended scholarship offers to 957 students attending the 22 schools represented in the 2026 field, accounting for nearly $4.6 million in potential educational support.
