Three more players are one shot back in a tie for fourth at 4 under 68. Florida’s Addison Klonowski, Mia Clausen, and Little Rock’s Eleonore Aernouts all posted rounds of 68 to remain within striking distance.
A group of four players rounds out the top 10 at 3 under 69. That group includes Isabella Wu, USC’s Elise Lee, Maryland’s Nicha Kanpai, and Kansas golfer Lavanya Gupta.
With 10 players separated by just two shots, the championship remains tightly contested entering round two.
