UCLA Wins Big Ten Men’s Golf Championship, Josh Kim Earns Medalist Honors

UCLA claimed the Big Ten Men’s Golf Championship at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in North Plains, Oregon, finishing at 8 under to secure the team title.

UCLA posted rounds of 1 over, 11 under, and 2 over to hold off Illinois, which finished second at 4 under after a final round 9 under. Washington placed third at 2 over. Rutgers finished fourth at 10 over, followed by Southern California in fifth at 14 over.

Purdue and Penn State tied for sixth at 16 over. Nebraska placed eighth at 17 over, while Minnesota and Northwestern tied for ninth at 18 over.

In the individual standings, UCLA’s Josh Kim captured medalist honors at 8 under with rounds of 3 under, 4 under, and 1 under. Washington’s Finn Koelle finished second at 5 under.

Illinois’ Max Herendeen, Southern California’s Jack Buchanan and Jaden Dumdumaya, and Illinois’ Ryan Voois tied for third at 3 under.

UCLA’s Baylor Larrabee and Tyler Loree tied for seventh at 2 under. Purdue’s Sam Easterbrook and Rutgers’ Bennett Espenshade tied for ninth at 1 under.
