Stroke play has concluded at the West Coast Conference Men’s Golf Championship at Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield, California, with San Diego earning the top seed and Ian Maspat capturing medalist honors.
San Diego finished at 22 under with rounds of 2 under, 12 under, and 8 under to lead the field. Pepperdine secured the No. 2 seed at 18 under, followed by Augusta in third at 13 under. Oregon State placed fourth at 12 under, rounding out the teams advancing to match play. Seattle and Santa Clara tied for fifth at 4 under, followed by San Francisco at 2 under, Pacific at 1 under, Washington State at 7 over, and Loyola Marymount at 8 over.
The top four teams advancing to match play are San Diego, Pepperdine, Augusta, and Oregon State.
In the individual standings, San Diego’s Ian Maspat finished at 15 under with rounds of 3 under, 7 under, and 5 under to earn medalist honors. Oregon State’s Nguyen Anh Minh placed second at 12 under. Seattle’s Jacob Kang finished third at 6 under. Washington State’s Dylan Boenning and Pepperdine’s Brady Siravo and Mahanth Chirravuri tied for fourth at 5 under.
Oregon State’s Rylan Johnson, Augusta’s Pieter Rossouw and Bo Blanchard, and Seattle’s Kevin Li tied for seventh at 4 under.
