Pepperdine secured the West Coast Conference Women’s Golf Championship at Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield, California, finishing at even par to claim the team title.
The Waves separated from the field over the three rounds, closing at even par. Oregon State finished second at 15 over. Santa Clara placed third at 22 over, followed by Augusta at 29 over. Washington State finished fifth at 36 over, with San Francisco sixth at 38 over. Gonzaga placed seventh at 39 over, and Seattle rounded out the field at 55 over.
In the individual standings, Pepperdine’s Eunseo Choi leads at 8 under through 54 holes. Oregon State’s Raya Nakao sits second at 2 under. Grace Lee of Gonzaga and Alexa Pineda of Santa Clara are tied for third at 1 under. Pepperdine teammates Grace Anderson and Kylee Choi are tied for fifth at 1 over. Oregon State’s Kate Nakaoka is seventh at 3 over. Augusta’s Sofia Valera and Santa Clara’s Kelsey Kim are tied for eighth at 4 over. Washington State’s Kaitlyn Helm rounds out the top 10 at 5 over.
