Two rounds of the Atlantic Sun Conference Women’s Golf Championship are complete at Dothan Country Club in Dothan, Alabama, with North Florida continuing to control both the team and individual races.
North Florida moved to 28 under through 36 holes following rounds of 10 under and 18 under, building a significant advantage over the field. Florida Gulf Coast sits in second at even par after improving with a one under second round. Central Arkansas climbed into third at 5 over, followed by Stetson in fourth at 6 over.
Austin Peay State and Lipscomb are tied for fifth at 14 over. Bellarmine holds seventh at 20 over, while North Alabama and West Georgia are tied for eighth at 25 over. Eastern Kentucky rounds out the top 10 at 37 over.
In the individual standings, North Florida’s Brianna Castaldi remains in front at 10 under after rounds of 5 under and 5 under. Teammate Braydn Smith moved into second at 7 under with a seven under second round.
Stetson’s Isaki Sakashita sits third at 5 under. Kaitlyn Schroeder of North Florida, Florida Gulf Coast’s Amelie Alcantara, and Central Arkansas’ Maggie Huett are tied for fourth at 4 under. Austin Peay State’s Jordin Cowing is seventh at 3 under.
Florida Gulf Coast’s Sydney Deal and North Florida’s Mohea Mansbendel are tied for eighth at 2 under. North Florida’s Ava Cottis rounds out the top 10 at even par.
