Oklahoma State Wins Cabo Collegiate, Preston Stout Earns Medalist Honors

Oklahoma State claimed the team title at the Cabo Collegiate with a 22 under par total at Twin Dolphin Club. The event was played from March 1 to March 3 in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Arkansas finished one shot behind Oklahoma State at 21 under to place second. Rice took third at 10 under. Ole Miss and Tennessee tied for fourth at eight under. Arizona finished sixth at two under, followed by Arizona State in seventh at even par. Florida State placed eighth at five over, Stanford finished ninth at seven over, and Georgia Tech rounded out the top ten at eight over.

In the individual standings, Oklahoma State’s Preston Stout secured medalist honors at 15 under par. California’s Ziqin Zhou and Arizona’s William Wistrand tied for second at eight under. Arkansas teammates Gerardo Gomez and Erich Fortlage tied for fourth at seven under.

Ole Miss’ Tom Fischer and Tennessee’s Jackson Herrington tied for sixth at six under. Rice’s Henry Daly and Arizona State’s Connor Williams tied for eighth at five under. Arkansas’ Thomas Curry finished tenth at four under.
