Stanford sophomore Andrea Revuelta closed the Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España with a fifteen-place finish at eight under, earning the Celia Barquin Memorial for the third consecutive year. She was the top Spanish player in the championship after producing one of the strongest amateur performances in the field.

Revuelta opened with a fast run of scoring that moved her near the top of the leaderboard. She converted early birdies on the first, fourth, and fifth holes and added an eagle on the seventh to move within two strokes of the lead. Late-round momentum kept her from climbing higher, but her total secured another significant result in her growing international record.

French player Ines Laklalech won the event at sixteen under after a final round of sixty-six. Carlota Ciganda and Azahara Munoz tied for sixteenth at seven under, rounding out the top Spanish professionals. Shannon Tan secured the Ladies European Tour Order of Merit after finishing ahead of Mimi Rhodes and completing a season marked by consistent scoring and two victories.

Real Guadalhorce Golf Club concluded another strong edition of the Spanish Open with a leaderboard that showcased established professionals and rising amateurs, including Revuelta, whose performance again underscored her national standing.
